Woooooo! I’m very happy to have been selected, so let me just start by saying THANK YOU Shir and Kat! Coming in my strategy is to just make as many friends as possible, as quickly as possible. I’m really good at reading people and then presenting myself accordingly, so I expect to be effective at that. The game is most certainly already underway, so let’s get into some first impressions & such:
Chima was a lot of fun to talk to! She told me about growing up in Hawaii/California and such. We didn’t chat for long because she was on her was out, but there was a lot of joking back and forth. She seems cool.
Just like me, Daniele is new to ORGs (or so she says..?). So there’s that immediate bond. There wasn’t much to our conversation, but it’s nice to have built somewhat of a foundation there.
Danielle completely embodies her persona…nonstop. I think people like that are funny on the board…but it gets old in conversation. I was just played along with her though. She randomly said to me “you’re smart..smarter than James fyi”….James later told me he was sick of Danielle, so expect some drama there. I’m not entirely sure how to handle Danielle in this game, I just kept telling how pretty she was and Shane must be lonely.
Dominic is my boy. He was the first person I talked to and we chatted for a while. He told me about how he hosts another Big Brother series and I don’t really remember much else (#stonerproblems). We talked again later at night though and our conversation was awesome. It was a lot of joking around. If we were in the big brother house, I could totally see myself “broing out” with Dom. Friday we ended up solidifying a deal. We’re the DD alliance, and given how short of a time I’ve known him, I trust him a lot. We formed a plan to bring Drew into the alliance, making it DDD. I suggested we make it look like his idea though, which brings me to….
Drew is cool as fuck. We talked a lot about school in our first conversation. Then Friday he asked me how many other people I’ve gotten to speak with, which open up the door for some serious conversation. We’d chatted with mostly the same people, with Drew telling me that Dom and I were the people he really enjoyed talking with….perfect. I ended up throwing it out there that I’d keep him safe if I won HOH, and he excitedly told me the same. We formed the” D Squared” alliance and talked about dominating the game together. Since Dom and I already had plans to work with Drew, I also laid the foundation for the “D Cubed” alliance, which he was enthusiastic about. I didn’t know how to bring up approaching Dom to Drew without being suspicious or pushy, so it hasn’t officially formed. Dom does know that I’ve made my part of the alliance with Drew official, though.
James is alright. Our conversation was actually one of my longer ones, but it wasn’t anything remarkable. For some reason, I get big challenge threat vibes from him. Maybe it’s just cause he’s playing as James….or maybe…..
Jason seems like a genuinely nice guy…which could be a problem in the long run. We talked a lot about our favorite survivors. After not catching each other online yesterday after a long conversation, he sent me a PM saying Hi and asking how I was, so that’s a good sign.
Mine and Joe’s conversation was extremely short, but he’s HILARIOUS. I can actually transcribe our whole conversation:
Me: Just watching American Dad.
Joe: I love that show. Did you see this Sunday’s episode?
Joe:….did I see it?
Joe: Yes I did.
Me: stoner problems lol? And no I missed it.
Joe: Man, I wish I had stoner problems, just blonde.
Me: hahahah.
Basically I just love anyone who makes pot jokes/smokes pot. #stoner.
Kara is great. We’re around the same age, same interests. I could definitely see us working together down the line.
Keesha is BY FAR my favorite girl, and not far behind Dom and Drew for overall favorite person. She seems to really like me too, and I’ve already nicknamed her Keesh<3. I see her being someone I could with excellently, but secretively.
Expect Lori to be one of the first boots. As far as I know, she hasn’t been on AIM at all.

Wil is constantly in character too, but he’s nowhere near as good at it, as Danielle. Our conversation was very short lived.
