The reply I got from Chima...
"Thanks for the message Dom! My life has been suuuuper busy so I haven't been able to have much time on AIM lately. But I do like you, and you weren't on my radar this week I'd love to get to know you better though! I do recall appreciating your honesty and I have nothing but respect for being upfront in a game like this."
Perhaps Dom just bought himself another week? I sure hope so!

Granted..... she never said I was SAFE. She said I wasn't on her radar. So, I feel like she chose her words carefully, so that if she did end up nominating me, she can always go back and say "I never said I woudn't put you up."
Grrrr... so now I'm still paranoid. Oh well. I did what I could since she's not on AIM. At least she knows I put the effort in.

I'm pretty certain Chima is nominating Wil and Lori. I was able to connect with her on AIM. Yay for a hopeful week of safety!
Chima mentioned wanting Wil out because she hates letting players slide by while others actually want to be here. And, I'm generally in the same boat, especially as a host. However, that doesn't mean I might not vote for Lori to leave over Wil. I doubt I will push for it, kind of like I did with my vote in round 1 and 2, just because I don't want to put a target on me, just for the sake of keeping Wil in the game as a non-threat.
But, we shall see. I'm hoping that if Wil strikes out and Chima gets to stay HoH that I would still be safe, but that worries me kind of. Idk what she'd do if she had to nominate someone else against Lori, and Idk who her target would be with Wil gone. Eek.

Oh, hello worst case scenario. Ok, well maybe it's not the worst case scenario, but now I'm not sure how safe I am. I'm guessing Lori will still be a nominee, but I'm not sure who Chima is gonna put up next to her. Praying that it's someone who hasn't connected with her on AIM. Possibly Drew? Idek.

Errrrrrr. Thanks Joe, for picking me for PoV? I mean, I am SUPER happy to be able to finally compete in a PoV. However, he didn't even approach me about this. 1) Why would you pick the player who scored the WORST on the HoH, and 2) Why would you pick a player based simply on the fact that they haven't got to compete in a PoV yet. You WOULDN'T. You pick a player who you think would win and take you off the block. Or.... if you think nobody would veto you, then you pick the player with the least chance of winning. Maybe he was going with the second thought? Idk. Lolz.
Either way, I competed, and it was pretty easy. I got it done in about 25 seconds maybe? The image took a few seconds to load, and I had a little bit of a brain fart on identifying Joe's image, so there's definitely a chance that someone could have beat me. But I do know that I am at least in the running to have possibly won.
Now, I just gotta figure out what I will do if I won. I kinda wanna try to talk to Chima BEFORE the results, to get an idea of what she'd do if the PoV were used. That way, if I win, I don't have to go to her with her knowing that I could be potentially using the PoV. I'd rather see what she's thinking before she knows who has the PoV.
I'm probably over-analyzing this way too much, but hey, it's my first PoV, and quite possibly my first challenge win. I gotta enjoy this! Haha.
Oh, and if I do win, I'd definitely consider PoVing Joe, but I'd have to get a feel for things first. If it comes to choosing between pissing off Chima and pissing off Joe, I'd rather piss off Chima at this point. She can't win HoH next week, and I at least already have a deal of sorts with Joe, even if our communication has been shitty lately.

I just counted, and there are 8 votes. Which means, even if a guy gets put up in Joe's place, or even if Joe stays up, the guys have the numbers.
David Dominic Drew James Jason Joe*
vs
Daniele Keesha Rachel
And I really think that Rachel would vote out Lori too. So if I decide to keep noms the same, we should be good. However, I really want to try to secure a stronger deal with Joe. DILEMMA.

Ugh... so I talked to David, and he really did convince me not to use the PoV. I hope to god it doesn't come back and bite me for not taking the risk. I sent Joe a PM and got a reply back. He didn't seem TOO upset with me, but even if he is upset, he could just be hiding it as not to let me know that he's pissed. It worries me.
Well, as I was writing this confessional, Joe and I talked on AIM. He claims he's not pissed at all. He understands my reasoning of not wanting to put a target on the two of us as a possible alliance. I hope he's being genuine, because I really want to work with Joe in this game as it moves forward, especially since I do think David could be a potential threat that people might want to take out as well. =X Gotta keep the more powerful guys on my side in case the guys alliance breaks down at some point.
But, with all that said, the vote is looking like Lori should leave. I just hope/pray nothing crazy happens to stop that!

you still use ICQ? that's cute. I don't remember mine Lolz... no. I put in the number 1 during the first HoH just to see if maybe the various icons were changed for the different chat services. But then it made me happy to see the ICQ flower there in my mini profile, so I just left it. ICQ... those were the days! And yeah, I have NO clue what my ICQ number is any more.

Joe thinks he has the votes, so I hope he does. Apparently Keesha and Rachel wanted to keep Lori? There has to be an alliance there. Either that, or they're just wanting to take out a threat? Idk. Seemed odd. Keesha and Joe talk all the time (according to both of them), and she said she hasn't talked to Lori since week 1. Yet she still was up in the air last night about the vote? Doesn't add up.
Also, Dani D. and Chima seem to be a pair. If Lori leaves this week, it looks like we have 2 pairs of girls that are together Rachel/Keesha and Dani/Chima.
The only other option I thought of was that Joe knew he had the votes, so Keesha is pretending to be up in the air to hide the fact that she and Joe are actually very close. Look at me, all paranoid, but it COULD be the case. Joe was oddly confident in the votes, even though I would hope that the guys would pull through in the first place. I'm gonna keep my eye on Joe/Keesha, especially since Joe said he would nominate Chima/Dani if he won HoH. Chima and Dani are supposedly keeping him. Why would he target them over Rachel/Keesha who might be voting against him? Hmmm.... Dom has some investigating to do!

Well, my boy Joe stays by a unanimous vote. I'm happy, but also still a little curious as to why Keesha/Rachel supposedly were trying to keep Lori. I heard this from James, but I need to figure out where this started. Who told James? I still think it COULD have been a ploy to hide the fact that Keesha/Joe are close. Hmmmmm...
I told Joe that I would probably nominate Chima/Dani if I won HoH, and I do think that Chima is a HUGE threat that we need to take out. However, I'm gonna pitch the "idea" of nominating Keesha and see what sort of reaction I get. The way he reacts might help me to figure out if he really is close to Keesha.
However, Joe doesn't seem to hold much back when talking to me. He was flat up honest about the fact that he talks to Keesha almost daily, and was "surprised" that she might vote against him. But... idk. Also, he told me he made alliances with David and Jason. Well, I knew about the David one, and the Jason one is obvious since he saved him with the PoV.
I do like Joe a lot. I just wanna be careful that I'm not being played by him. If the guys stick together, I'm gonna have to eventually think about taking Joe or David out. I feel like David and I are closer on a personal level, but Joe could possibly be the better option for my game (if he's not playing me about the Keesha thing).
Either way, male HoH this round, plz??? These bitches be controlling the power, yet the guys are still managing to get through (minus Wil, who OBVIOUSLY didn't count as one of the guys).
