Hello jurors! Now, I'm not used to making opening statements as I normally don't get as far as the final 2 but I will do the best that I can. First of all, I would like to thank Kat and Shir for doing such a great job as the hosts of this game. I had a blast and am very pleased for having made it this far.
As for my game, I think I played one that was very well-rounded and respectable. Coming into the house, I had a set strategy in mind. During the pre-jury phase of the game, I would do my best to work on my social relations with the cast and try to establish an alliance. I was one of the "Founding Fathers" of the guys' alliance (or Brolliance as David coined it) and that helped keep my target low and get me at least to the jury phase. Furthermore I made a final 2 with David and had Dominic as my number two. I knew I would be loyal to those two and only those two til the end and even when I knew that they had their own agendas and deals which didn't involve me, I still stuck to it.
Furthermore, I also threw as many challenges as I could during the first half of the game as I didn't want to be targeted early. However, that didn't work out too well as I was nominated during the International week. However, with the help of my alliance I was able to survive. The next half of the game, I planned on going full force in competitions and that obviously showed as I racked up 6 wins compared to 2 for Dom. A part of my game was to act dumb when taking to certain people so as to have them think that all I know how to do is win competitions and that they are manipulating me into doing what I want.
I believe I was able to adapt well in situations that didn't go as I would have wanted them too. Turns out that the International week came as a blessing disguise for me. Despite being in danger, I gave David and Dom the go-ahead to lie about their vote in order to ensure that Keesha left and I stayed. This turned out to be very beneficial for me as my closest allies were perceived to be a final 2 pair and many players didn't expect me to be as close with them as I was. This allowed me to play both sides a bit with some of the girls. Ultimately I stuck with the guys and saved them time and time again. Me protecting Dom is a big reason why I think he is here.
Coming into the final 6, I knew I was likely the biggest target in the game and I racked up my wins to earn my place here in the finals. I also took that time to try and make deals with others and turn people against one another. While I do think I played a much more honest game than Dom, there were times where I did lie. However, I don't think it angered people much to the degree that Dom's lies did.
I believe I made big moves in taking out Rachel and Joe (finally) and I didn't hide behind my alliances as much as my opponent. All in all, I think I played a game well deserving of your votes.
I will say that I'm not a big fan of the jury questioning portion as I consider myself to be terrible at articulating my points Nonetheless, I'm ready for all of your questions and I shall answer them as best as possible! Good luck Dom!
